Below are the Yorku important dates and deadlines on the York University academic calendar fall 2024.
- York University (Yorku) move-in day 2024 is on Saturday, August 27, 2024 for first-year undergraduate students and on Tuesday, September 6, 2024 for returning students. To allow for proper physical distancing, move-in will be staggered throughout the last week of August and throughout September according to the York residence move-in information page.
- Labour day holiday is September 5, 2024 according to the York University holiday schedule 2024. York University is closed.
- Yorku fall term 2024 classes start on September 7, 2024.
- Fees are due for Fall and Year course enrolments and program-based undergraduate programs on September 10, 2024.
- September 20, 2024 is the last date to add a course without permission of the instructor.
- The last date to announce components of final grades is September 20, 2024.
- The last date to add a course with permission of the instructor is October 4, 2024.
