The dates based on this formula that comprise the Academic Calendar each year are approved by both the Faculty Senate and Board of Trustees. The formula contains basic rules and is not comprehensively applied to all schools, programs, courses, and teaching formats. 8. The First meal after Fall Break (Fribley Dining Commons) is on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.
9. Mid-Semester grades are due for Undergraduates on October 24, 2022.
10. The deadline, for the prior term I grade removal is on November 11, 2022.
11. The deadline for Credit/Audit for graduates is November 11, 2022.
12. The deadline for class Withdrawal and P/NP (upper-class Undergraduate) is November 11, 2022.
13. CWRU Thanksgiving break 2022 is from November 24 to November 25, 2022.

19. CWRU Winter break 2022 is from Thursday, December 22, 2022, to Wednesday, January 11, 2023. Buildings close for Winter Break (except Upper-Class Experience apartment-style housing) at 3 p.m.
20. Fall 2022 Final Grades are due by 11:00 am on December 23, 2022.
21. Fall Awarding of Degrees (graduation date) is on January 20, 2023.
