The University of Dodoma (UDOM) school fee structure for Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Ordinary Diploma, Certificate Programmes students have been released by the management for first 1st and second 2nd-semester academic year

UDOM selected candidates will be required to pay tuition and other fees by the beginning of the semester before they can be permitted to use the University facilities including registration.

The University of Dodoma (UDOM) Tuition and fees schedule has been successfully uploaded online.

DIRECT UNIVERSITY COSTS (PAYABLE TO THE UNIVERSITY)

  *   Tuition fees arranged in clusters below. *     The figures that are published by the University from time to time are only indicative, and sponsors may consider increasing stipends paid to students as they see fit. Total number of days for each academic year is 238 for continuing students and 245 for first year students (7 days extra being the period for orientation). Thus, for continuing students, meal and accommodation amounts to TZS 2.023,000.00 and for first year students, the total amount is TZS 2.082.500.00. Note that for first year  and continuing students for Medicine, Nursing & Midwifery, the total number of days is 287 and 280 days respectively. Therefore meal and accommodation is TZS 2.439,500 .00 for first year students and TZS 2.380,000.00 for continuing students.

C:  HEALTH INSURANCE

• NHIF: TAS 50,400.00 to be paid annually to the National Health Insurance Fund
•  NSSF: TAS 60,000 to be paid to the National Social Security Fund (Akiba Afya Plus, the money is part of the Student Saving after completing studies)

D:  MODES AND PROCEDURES FOR EFFECTING PAYMENTS

All types of payments shall be made using control numbers provided to each student in the admission letter. Payment modes:

1. For payments through Banks, submit your control number(s) to the relevant Bank (CRDB Bank or NMB Bank).
2. If you choose to pay through mobile money platforms, write your control number(s) provided in your admission letter and follow instructions provided for each of the mobile money platforms indicated below:
