UNISA Registration for 2024-2025 Academic year: How to Register
The University of South Africa (UNISA) Online Registration for the 2023 academic year opens on 9 January 2023 and closes on 3 February 2023 for Undergraduate & Honours qualifications. All Applicants must register for the period for which they have been granted admission. If you don’t register for the 2023 academic year, you will be required to re-apply for UNISA Admission during the 2024-2025 application period.
Follow the steps to register online at UNISA:
- Go to UNISA Online Registration portal 2024: https://registration.unisa.ac.za/
- Read the instructions on the screen very carefully
- Then, select your qualification level
- After that, click on “GO” link
- This takes you to UNISA web registration page
- Answer the questions to proceed
- Enter your student number and other useful details. You will not be able to continue if you don’t have a student number.

UNISA Application Outcome for 2024
Your submission will be reviewed by Unisa, which will provide a points scheme. If you meet the academic entry criteria for your chosen qualification, the minimum academic points score (APS), and the number of places available for the qualification for which you have applied, you will be given a space for semester 1 of the 2024 academic year.
