My Seneca blackboard is available to all students of the college on-site and remotely. Your courses will only display after your teacher has made them available to students and not until the first day of class.

How to log into seneca blackboard

To log into Seneca college blackboard,

  1. Visit my.senecacollege.ca
  2. Click on the login button
  3. On the login page, enter your Seneca email
  4. Enter your password
  5. Finally, click on the “Sign In” button to log in.

On your blackboard dashboard, you can access your courses, course materials, assignments, and more.

You can create or change your Seneca password with MyID at myid.senecacollege.ca. For help with your Seneca password refer to the Seneca MyID Password Service help page or contact the Service Desk.

Seneca College requires you to use a complex password, and you must choose a new password every 180 days. For details refer to the Password Rules web page.

Your Seneca password allows you to access many services including the Seneca Student Centre, email, and other computing services for students, staff, and faculty.

Systems that access your private information may require additional verification steps, such as personal security questions and a personal identification number (PIN).

Your new intranet is up and running with search capabilities and easier access to the information and resources you need, all from one place.

  • Finally click on sign in button for successful login in the system.

Employee MySeneca (Employee Seneca login)

  • Visit official website link https://employees.senecacollege.ca/
  • After page open fill required details
    • Email 
    • Password
  • Finally click on signin button for successful login in the system.

MyID Self Service

The MyID Self Service allows students and employees to manage their Seneca password. Setting up your reset email and/or SMS cellphone facilitates changing and managing your account’s password.

Change password

Change your password often and regularly. Use a strong password that is at least 8 characters long and that contains uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

Setup Self Service Password Reset methods
Set up personal email and/or SMS cellphone number as password reset methods if you forget your password.

Reset password

When you forget your password and can no longer access your account. You can use Self Service Password Reset if you previously setup Self Service Password Reset methods.

Retrieve username

When you forget your username, you can use this service to retrieve your username and email address.

Setup Multi Factor Authentication (Students only)

Students can enable additional security on their accounts by setting up MFA. Once you setup MFA for your account, you will be automatically opt-in to use MFA when log in with your account to services that require MFA.
