How to check Intellimali balance

• To check your Intellimali balance via USSD code, dial *120*44431*student number# and follow the prompts.
• Alternatively, you can log into the student portal, which is known as My Intellimali (https://my.intellimali.co.za/login)
• Another option is to visit an Intellicard merchant and ask for balance inquiry. The merchant will then ask you to swipe your student card and enter your PIN. The point of sale machine will print out a slip indicating your balance.

Here are the quick ways to check your statement

1. Go to any Intellicard merchant and ask them to perform an inquiry
2. As with a transaction, you will be required to swipe your student card
3. Enter your Student PIN
4. The point-of-sale machine will print out a receipt displaying your available balances.

You will then receive an email with a link that you need to click to verify these changes. Please make sure you have entered the correct details, otherwise, someone else might end up with your cash allowance.
