Amy Robach is a news anchor for ABC and the co-anchor of Good Morning America. She has been a news anchor for ABC since 2011, and prior to that she was a reporter for NBC.

She is known for her breast cancer survivor story, which she shared on air in October 2012 after being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer at age 37. She’s also reported on some of the most important events in recent history, including 9/11 as well as Hurricane Katrina.

Liz cho

Liz Cho is a news anchor for ABC News. She’s covered stories like the war in Afghanistan and the conflict in Syria, along with the 2016 election and even Hurricane Katrina. In addition to being an anchor, she also does special reports for World News Tonight and Good Morning America.

Cho has been with ABC since 2013 and will be returning to her duties as an anchor later this year after giving birth to her first child

Nina Pineda

Deborah Roberts is a news anchor for ABC News, and has been with the network since 1995. Before joining ABC, she worked as a reporter for KJRH-TV in Tulsa, OK. She graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1977 with a degree in communications and journalism.

Roberts began her career in broadcasting at KWTV-TV (now KFOR-TV) where she covered crime stories during her time as an investigative reporter. After two years there, she went on to become co-host of “Good Morning America”, where she worked with Robin Roberts who was also a former co-host of that show before moving over to NBC Sports Network upon leaving GMA after 26 years at ABC News.

In addition to this prestigious position as an anchor at one of America’s most popular news networks, Deborah has won two Emmy Awards for Outstanding Individual Achievement by a Journalist – Feature Reporting (2000) & Outstanding Live Coverage – Breaking News/Spot News Reporting (2012).

Juju Chang

Juju Chang is a news anchor for ABC News and has been with the network since 2003. She currently co-anchors World News Tonight and is a contributing correspondent for 20/20.

Chang was born in South Korea, but moved to the United States as a child. She graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in journalism, then worked at several news stations across California before moving to Los Angeles and joining ABC.

Heather O’Rourke

Elizabeth Vargas is a veteran American journalist who has worked for ABC News since 1999. She was born in New York City and has covered many important events, including the September 11 attacks. Vargas was married to reporter Jay Shaylor from 1992-2001 before they divorced; they have one son together named Ned Shaylor. In 2011, she married actor Timothy Hutton at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara County, California.

Linsey Davis

Linsey Davis is a senior national correspondent for ABC News, where she covers a range of stories, including national security, politics and breaking news.

Davis was previously White House correspondent for ABC News from June 2012 to December 2017. She covered the Obama administration from inside the White House press briefing room. Prior to that she spent three years as Pentagon correspondent for ABC News at The Pentagon and NATO HQ in Brussels, Belgium.

A former London bureau chief also based in Jerusalem, she has reported extensively around the world on everything from wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to hurricanes in Haiti and hurricanes Maria and Irma across Puerto Rico (where she spent time covering hurricane recovery efforts).

Cecilia Vega

Cecilia Vega has been the ABC News Chief White House Correspondent since April 2017. She covers everything from presidential politics to the latest White House scandal and you can see her on ABC World News Tonight, Good Morning America, and This Week with George Stephanopoulos.

Vega began her career at WCVB-TV in Boston in 2001 before moving to Univision’s Miami station in 2005 as a reporter and anchor. From 2007 until 2011 she was an anchor at WFTX-TV in Fort Myers, FL where she won an Emmy Award for Best Feature Story (2009). In 2011, Vega moved to Los Angeles where she worked as a reporter for CBS2/KCAL9 until joining ABC News as an L.A.-based correspondent covering multiple beats including entertainment news stories such as Michael Jackson’s death and Academy Awards red carpet arrivals.

In 2014 she became a national correspondent based in New York City where she covered breaking news stories such as police shootings of unarmed black men across America; gun control debates after Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting; protests following Donald Trump becoming president; Hurricane Harvey aftermath; Amazon warehouse working conditions; Weinstein sexual harassment allegations against Harvey Weinstein; Kevin Spacey sexual assault allegations against Kevin Spacey; Roseanne Barr’s racist tweet scandal which led me getting fired from her show Roseanne revival.

Claire Shipman

Claire Shipman is a journalist and news anchor. She was born on November 10, 1965 in London, England. She is married to US Secretary of State, Colin Powell.

Shipman went to Radcliffe College where she graduated cum laude with a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Theater Studies in 1987. She then attended Oxford University where she earned her master’s degree in Modern Languages from St Hilda’s College at the University of Oxford on 1989.

She started her career as a reporter for ABC News affiliate WJLA-TV in Washington D.C., covering national politics and economics until 1991 when she moved to NBC News as an assignment editor based in New York City before being promoted as an associate producer at Dateline NBC until 1995 when she became an assistant producer for “Nightly News with Tom Brokaw” where she worked there until 1998 when Shipman returned back to ABC News where she has been working ever since as an anchor, reporter and correspondent covering stories related with gender equality issues such as equal pay laws which led up towards passing into law called The Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act signed by President Barack Obama during his administration during 2009 (which made it easier for women workers who were discriminated against by their employers regarding pay discrimination based on gender).

Cynthia McFadden

Cynthia McFadden is a journalist, news anchor and reporter. She has been working at ABC since 1999, where she started as a correspondent for World News Tonight. She later became a co-anchor of Good Morning America and then a co-host of 20/20 before taking over as sole host in 2011. She also hosts Nightline and has reported for other notable shows such as Dateline NBC, Primetime: The Outsiders and My Generation.

Ann Compton

Ann Compton is a veteran ABC News correspondent who has been with the network since 1977. She currently serves as the White House correspondent, which she has done since 1981.

Catherine Garrett

Catherine Garrett is a news anchor for ABC News and the host of the network’s political show, “Powerhouse Politics”. Born in New York City, she grew up in Connecticut. She graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in English and theater before moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting and then later returned east to get her law degree at Duke University.

Catherine has been active in journalism since 2007 when she joined CNN as a producer, later becoming an on-air correspondent for the network. In 2011, she went freelance where she worked as an anchor for Al Jazeera America until it folded due to low ratings (the company was sold off by its parent company Qatar) just three years after their debut. She then moved back west again where she joined CBS News as both an anchor and reporter; from there it was only a matter of time before ABC picked her up!

Jackie Johnson-Thompson

One of the most well-known ABC News anchors, Jackie Johnson-Thompson has received numerous awards for her reporting. She has also been nominated for multiple Emmy awards, including one in 2019 for an investigative piece on the 2020 Democratic presidential candidates. Gail Pennybacker.

Gail Pennybacker is a former ABC News correspondent and anchor for ABC News Now, who now works as an investigative reporter for ABC News. She has been with the network since 1997, covering a wide variety of stories for them, including the election of Pope Francis, Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath, the trial of Michael Jackson’s physician Conrad Murray and more.

Dana Reeve.

Dana Reeve was a news anchor for ABC News from 1995 to 1999. She was also the wife of actor Christopher Reeve, who played Superman in the 1970s and 1980s. If you’re not familiar with him, he became paralyzed after an accident on set and later died in 2004 due to heart failure.

Reeve joined ABC News in 1995 as a live reporter covering several major events including one of President Bill Clinton’s impeachment hearings.

In 2000 Dana Reeve returned to journalism when she accepted an offer by NBC’s “Today Show” as a correspondent covering stories that include 9/11 and Hurricane Katrina. However, this did not last long because she would leave the show shortly afterward due to health issues related too complications from her husband’s paralysis (he had been diagnosed with quadriplegia).

Carole Simpson.

Carole Simpson is an ABC News alumna and former network evening news anchor who worked with the network from 1973 until 1997. She was the first African-American woman to anchor a network evening news program and won several awards for her work, including Emmy Awards in 1984 and 1985. Since then, she has been active in politics, serving as Vice Chair at the Democratic National Committee under Donna Brazile; she currently serves on Columbia University’s Board of Trustees.

Michelle Norris.

Michelle Norris is a correspondent for ABC News, and she has covered many important stories over the years. She’s known for her good storytelling, her ability to ask difficult questions, and her ability to get people talking about important issues. Barbara Walters.

Barbara Walters is a journalist, author and former ABC News anchor. She has been working as a journalist since 1959, making her one of the most well-known journalists in the world. She has won multiple awards for her work as an anchor and interviewer.

In 1977 she received an Emmy Award for Outstanding Interview Program for ABC’s 20/20 with Hugh Downs and Barbara Walters; followed by an Emmy nomination in 1978 for Outstanding Continuing Coverage of a News Story: The Jonestown Tragedy; two Peabody Awards (1980 & 1981); two CableACE Awards (1981 & 1982); a Gracie Award from Women in Communications Inc.; induction into Broadcasting & Cable Hall of Fame (1991); Washington Journalism Review Lifetime Achievement Award (1998); Golden Apple from Women in Film & Television International presented to women whose positive influence on society has enhanced our culture through their contributions to entertainment media (2008).

Kemberly Richardson

Kemberly Richardson is the co-host of the ABC morning show, “Good Morning America.” She has been with ABC since 1996 and has earned a reputation for being an authoritative and tough-as-nails journalist in her time there. Richardson got her start in journalism as a reporter for WXYZ-TV in Detroit and then moved on to become an anchor at WXYZ. In 1999 she was hired by ABC News as one of their White House correspondents alongside Sam Donaldson, who was retiring from his position.

She graduated from The University of Michigan with honors and studied broadcast journalism there as well. Richardson is a native Detroiter who now lives outside Washington D.C., where she has two children with her husband a son named Caleb and daughter named McKenzie both born within six months of each other!

Darla Miles

Darla Miles is the anchor of ABC’s World News Now, and she just might be the most impressive woman you will see on TV this year. Not only does she have one of the most coveted jobs in journalism, but Darla also has a podcast called The Longest Shortest Time, where she talks about parenting and breast cancer survival stories.

Darla has been with ABC since 2009, so she is definitely a veteran in her field. She was previously an anchor for WXYZ Detroit (NBC), and before that worked as a reporter at WXIA Atlanta (NBC).

Sam Ryan

Sam Ryan is a British news anchor who began working at ABC in 2018. She has covered the Mueller Report, 2020 presidential election, 2020 Democratic primary, and 2020 Republican primary.
